My name is Tarini, and I truly believe therapy is a two-way street where both therapist and client participate in meaningful and powerful ways! Letโ€™s grow together.

Welcome, Iโ€™m Tarini!

I truly understand the deep frustration and emotional exhaustion that arise from trying to make meaningful, lasting changes in your life, yet seeing little or no visible progress despite your best and most sincere efforts. This experience can often leave you feeling isolated, disheartened, and even questioning your own worth or capacity for growth. Lifeโ€™s many challenges and personal experiences have provided me with valuable insight into the complex and often overwhelming feelings of uncertainty, fear, and self-doubt that so frequently accompany the difficult and courageous journey of personal growth and transformation. My genuine passion lies in helping clients grow and heal by offering clear, compassionate, and thoughtful guidance that is carefully tailored specifically to their unique needs, backgrounds, and life circumstances, ensuring that each individual feels truly supported, heard, and empowered throughout their healing process. I am trained in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy, hold a Master of Counselling from the University of Queensland, as well as a Master of Science in Psychology (though I do not currently practice in that role).

Additionally, I am a Level 4 Member of the Australian Counselling Association and a Clinical Supervisor. I bring years of valuable experience, clinical knowledge, and professional expertise to support you on your personal journey toward healing and self-discovery. I recognize that therapy requires ongoing dedication, commitment, and trust, and therefore, I only offer intensive therapy options focused on both womenโ€™s mental health and couples therapy services, designed intentionally to provide the depth, support, and consistency needed for meaningful and lasting change.
